Privacy

When you sign up for a volunteer shift we collect only what we need to organize it:

• your name and email address,
• optionally your phone number, whether you are an MNGEA member, and your rank.

We use it to confirm your sign-up, send you your shift details, and contact you about that shift. Only chapter volunteer coordinators can see it. We never sell or share it, we never publish a list of volunteers, and we never ask for SSN, DoD ID, date of birth, or any duty, training or deployment information.

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically after their link expires. To have your information corrected or removed, email technical@mngea48.org.

This site uses one cookie that protects our forms against misuse. There is no tracking or advertising.
